Approach
to Projects
Projects
undertaken typically emerge to address specific social or economic concerns in
the neighbourhood. Most initiatives are modest in scale, informal, and of
limited duration, concluding once their objectives have been achieved.
For
some of these initiatives, there may be circumstances in which certain efforts,
through a process of consultation, action, and reflection, give rise to endeavours
of a more sustained nature. This usually occurs when fruitful results are
observed, greater experience gained, and constructive pathways for systematic
action identified. The range of their
activities may be increased in an organic fashion, informed by the reading of
reality. The mode of operation remains one of learning in action. Though concerted
action is expected to lead to concrete results over time, success is measured
chiefly in terms of the effect the action has on building the capacity of the
population to address development issues at progressively higher levels of
complexity and effectiveness.

All positions are
volunteer roles.
Each service stream is managed by a Coordinator and supported by a team of volunteers. The structure is designed to ensure effective
coordination, and volunteer engagement across various service streams.
