All positions within Have Hope are volunteer roles.

Have Hope welcomes volunteers who share similar purpose, aims and values. It strives to foster a collaborative and supportive environment where volunteers feel valued and respected. Through clear and fair arrangements for volunteer contributions, Have Hope strives to promote transparency and accountability in managing volunteer efforts and associated costs.  

Each service stream is managed by a Coordinator and supported by a team of volunteers. The structure is designed to ensure effective coordination, and volunteer engagement across various service streams. The structure includes the following roles:


Lead Coordinators
Responsibilities: Lead Coordinators oversee the overall strategic direction and operations of the organisation. They provide guidance, support, and supervision to Coordinators, ensuring alignment with Have Hope’s mission and goals.
Role: Lead Coordinators are responsible for setting priorities, allocating resources, and evaluating the impact of service streams. They act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and partners.


Coordinators
Responsibilities: Coordinators manage specific service streams, including program planning, implementation, and evaluation. They work closely with volunteers to ensure the successful execution of projects and activities.
Role: Coordinators are responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers. They ensure that service streams operate efficiently and effectively, and they report progress and outcomes to Lead Coordinators.


Volunteers
Responsibilities: Volunteers contribute their time, skills, and effort to support various service streams.
Role: Volunteers are responsible for executing tasks as directed by Coordinators, adhering to organisational policies and procedures, and participating in training and development opportunities. Their contributions are essential to the success of the organisation’s initiatives.

 

All volunteers are expected to abide by Have Hope’s Code of Conduct for volunteers.
