Recognising that collaboration with others is vital to our progress through using the different gifts and talents each of us has to offer, we strive to blend to create for the greater good. Together we accomplish greater things.

We are of one human family.  We strive for unity of vision, thought and action. We celebrate our differences while unique points of views are understood and respected. Our relationships are based on trust and reciprocity.  Unity happens when we value everyone

We strive to employ deep listening and cordial consultation in our decision making to allow new insights into complex issues to be brought forth and examined respectfully, harmonising points of view and strengthens bonds of trust

Striving to transcend limited conceptions of efficiency that focus solely on the relationship between output and material input, we recognize the immense value of spiritual and intellectual resources such as harmonious cooperation, energy, loyalty, resourcefulness, determination, and courage. These resources are invaluable to our endeavours, regardless of the material resources available.

We strive to create conditions to ensure spaces are conducive for all to participate fully according to their talents and abilities.  We make room for each other and make sure no one is left behind.
