themed conversation: the workplace we want

We get together regularly to have life-affirming conversations about what we each can do at our workplace to reshape it to one that is more diverse, more just and more inclusive.  Our conversations explore ways in which we can all move beyond a critique of our current social order, to constructive concepts and practices that allow us to imagine, and to help shape our thoughts, attitudes and even vocabulary.

We come together to share paradigm changing and useful dynamics at the workplace. Important topical challenges are discussed, including about rethinking power, and harnessing the power of business to do good, always exploring new ways in which organisations can become an integral useful contributing part of the communities that surrounds them.  In these spaces, conversations are meaningful and nourish thinking and actions going forward.
